How does this work?

  • Every quarter, you are shipped three new pairs of amazing socks. You will not know which socks you will be receiving, but rest assured, each sock style is hand selected by our team to ensure you receive the trendiest designs guaranteed to get you second and third looks!

Can I choose which socks I receive each month?

  • Not at this sock stand. We are full service. We pick ‘em. We ship ‘em. You rock ‘em! Don't worry, you will not be disappointed.

How do our package prices compare?

  • Double Dutch // 2 Shipments // 6 Total Socks // $14 per pair of socks
  • Four Seasoner // 4 Shipments // 12 Total Socks // $12 per pair of socks
  • Timeless Trendsetter // 8+ Shipments // 24+ Total Socks // $10 per pair of socks
  • Tax & Shipping is always INCLUDED!

How many pairs of socks are included in each shipment?

  • 3 pairs of socks.

Can I increase the frequency of shipments to every month or every other month?

  • The quantity of 3 pairs of socks per shipment would need to remain the same, but yes, we can ship more frequently. Please email info@ankleswagger.com with your request.



How often will I receive a shipment?

  • Once every 3 months for the length of your subscription or until you cancel if you have selected the Timeless Trendsetter package.

What kind of socks can I expect to receive?

  • You will NOT receive novelty socks with mustaches and bicycles on them. Though these are fun, they are not our style. You can expect to receive socks with bright colors, edgy designs, all of which will be acceptable to wear with a nice pair of jeans or a business suit.

How do I know that the socks will fit me?

  • Our socks fit US men's shoe sizes 8-12.

What if I don't like the socks I receive?

  • You are crazy my friend – those socks are awesome! Still don't want them? Tell you what, hold on to them for your next white elephant gift exchange. The group will FIGHT over your gift, we've seen it happen.

Do you have products for women?

  • Sorry ladies, we currently only carry menswear. I'm sure there's a man in your life (boyfriend, father, brother, etc.) that could use some swagger however.

Can I buy a subscription as a gift?

  • Yes, any subscription may be purchased as a gift!  Rest assured, pricing information is not included in the package.  You will, however, need to inform your gift recipient that they have an incredible gift en route and that it is coming from you as we do not include a gift message at this time.



What's your return policy?

  • It's a $10 sock and not worth yours or our time to process a return. If you are having some serious issues matching your awesome new pair of socks to your threads, shoot us an email at info@ankleswagger.com and we'll try to work something out.

Do you have an affiliate program?

  • We are always interested in forming partnerships. Please email us at info@ankleswagger.com if you are interested in partnering.

Can I put my shipment on hold while I go on vacation?

  • To delay a shipment, simply email us at info@ankleswagger.com with your request.



How much is shipping?

  • Shipping is free for you. Happy birthday.

Where do you ship?

  • Currently we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

When will you ship my order?

  • Your 1st order will be shipped within 5 business days of your order being made. Recurring shipments will be shipped within the first 5 business days of the month that your quarterly shipment falls in.

How long does shipping take?

  • You should receive your package within 3 business days of it being shipped.

What method of shipping does Ankle Swagger use?

  • We ship USPS whenever possible.

Do you need rush delivery?

  • Email us at sales@ankleswagger.com with “RUSH DELIVERY” in the subject title. Please describe when and where you need the package delivered. We will reply as soon as possible with the express shipping fees. Upon your approval, we will process your order.



How do I update my shipping address?

How do I cancel my service?

  • Are you feeling well? Ok fine, we had to ask. If you must cancel your subscription, please send us an email at info@ankleswagger.com with your request and we will be sure to ask you a lot of questions before complying. We're kidding, sort of.

Are there penalties for cancelling?

  • Aside from your future wardrobe having questionable swagger, there are no penalties. In the event you subscribed for the Timeless Trendsetter and your subscription lasted less than 4 shipments, your fees will be adjusted to either that of the Double Dutch or the Four Seasoner.



What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

When am I charged?

  • You are charged at the point of sale for the cost of your first shipment only. You are charged for the cost of each recurring shipment included in your subscription on the 1st day of the month that your shipment is scheduled to be shipped in.

Are my payments secure?

  • Yes, our store is Level 1 PCI Compliant and utilizes an DigiCert SSL-enabled connection.



Will you provide my email address to other companies?

  • Your email address will NOT be provided to any 3rd party companies.

Will you provide my mailing address to other companies?

  • Your mailing address will NOT be provided to any 3rd party companies.

Does the site protect the membership information I provide?

  • Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to fully protect your privacy and any information you provide, including credit card number, name and address, and any personal data. We collect only the information you choose to provide and we never make that information available to any third parties interested in contacting you without your consent. Any information you share with us will be used solely to service your membership.
